We found all the hidden pumpkins in Downtown Disney… now it’s time to head into the parks! 🎃
If you’ve been following along with my Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit 2026 series, we’ve already tackled the Downtown Disney hunt. Now we’re heading through the gates and into Disney California Adventure to find the next set of hidden character pumpkins.
And just like with Downtown Disney, I’m going to show you where to find every pumpkin so if you want to hunt for them yourself, consider this your spoiler warning!

Before We Start: The DCA Pumpkin Pursuit Details
Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit is available at Disney California Adventure from August 21 through October 31, 2026, while supplies last.
The game card is $11.99 plus tax, with Magic Key discounts available.
You can purchase your game card at select locations throughout Disney California Adventure before setting off on your pumpkin hunt.
Once you have your map and stickers, you’re ready to go!
This version is a little different from the Downtown Disney hunt because you’ll need valid park admission to participate, but it also means you get to combine your pumpkin hunt with a full day of Halloween fun at DCA.
Grab your game card, pick up your stickers, and get ready to explore.
And before you start…
My biggest tip: LOOK UP!
Seriously.
Some of these pumpkins are hiding in places that are easy to walk right past if you’re only looking straight ahead. Keep an eye on the storefronts, displays, and areas above you as you make your way through the park.
And there’s one location in particular where you’ll need to pay attention to what’s happening across the way.

A Heads-Up About Radiator Springs Curios
There is one Pumpkin Pursuit location that might make you think you’ve hit a dead end.
One of the pumpkins is associated with Radiator Springs Curios in Cars Land, but the shop is currently under refurbishment.
Don’t worry, you haven’t missed it!
Instead of looking directly at the closed location, look across the way. The pumpkin can still be spotted from there.
This is another good reminder that with the Pumpkin Pursuit, you really do need to look around and look up!
And Then There’s the Prize…
The 2026 Pumpkin Pursuit prize comes in a blind bag, so you won’t know which character you received until you open it.
There are five characters to collect, which makes the prize a fun little surprise at the end of your hunt.
And just like Downtown Disney, you don’t have to find every pumpkin in order to redeem your prize.
Downtown Disney: ✔️
Disney California Adventure: ✔️
And with that, we’ve officially completed the Disney California Adventure portion of the Pumpkin Pursuit!
If you’ve already read my Downtown Disney guide, you now have one hunt down and another one checked off the list.
But we’re not done yet…
Next stop: Disneyland! 🎃
I’ll be continuing the Pumpkin Pursuit series with the hidden pumpkins inside Disneyland, so be sure to check back for the next guide.
Happy pumpkin hunting!
